Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at AdventHealth Medical Group - AHMG Pediatrics at Tavares. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical and clerical services, including rooming patients, assisting with exams and procedures, and performing waived lab tests.
  • Monitor physicians' schedules and organize patient care to ensure timely and efficient visits.
  • Room patients, take vital signs, and complete documentation following nursing protocols.
  • Assist physicians with examinations and procedures, and maintain open communication to ensure quality care.
  • Audit ordered tests to ensure results are received and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Cover triage calls and ensure calls are answered timely and documented appropriately.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
