Key Responsibilities
  • Apply system engineering principles to ensure technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables.
  • Interact with government agencies regarding systems engineering technical considerations and associated problems, issues, or conflicts.
  • Communicate with program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a qualified engineering field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • At least six years of general system engineering experience, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge and skills.
  • Strong understanding of system engineering principles, including system design, development, testing, and validation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar role, with a strong background in system engineering and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
