Job Title: Senior System Engineer

AT&T is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing complex hardware systems, designing and implementing hardware solutions, and providing technical expertise to support the End User Services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hardware engineering expertise to analyze complex hardware systems, hardware design, architecture, network design, and other technical hardware issues.
  • Provide hardware maintenance support, both preventative and remedial.
  • Deploy, install, and implement hardware solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement hardware solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for hardware systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and systems administrators.
Requirements:
  • Fourteen (14) years of experience as an SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Must be willing to support after-hour activities.
  • Must have a minimum of Security+ certification.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in user endpoint support and troubleshooting.
  • Requirements analysis and solution design.
  • Test plan development and execution.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for both end users and system administrators.
