Job Opportunity:

Koniag Professional Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst with an active Secret clearance and eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance to support our government customer in Arlington, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and review acquisition strategies and plans for artificial intelligence technology programs and initiatives.
  • Support program reviews and attend designated meetings to include FFRDCs and UARCs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams to explore high-interest or game-changing technology areas.
  • Provide support for Congressional Special Interest Items, Congressional Reports, GAO studies, and policy guidance.
  • Coordinate technical programs with USD A&S, USD R&E, and other agencies.
  • Support CDAO Programs and interact with Service/Component contracting offices.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings and workshops, including coordination of calendars and preparation of announcements and meeting materials.
  • Develop and review acquisition documentation, including Acquisition Decision Memorandums and Acquisition Strategies.
Requirements:
  • Extensive program/project management experience and/or experience assisting a government customer with providing oversight of DoD efforts at the Headquarters level or equivalent.
  • Active Secret clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
  • General knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and DoD-specific acquisition policies and processes.
  • Ability to learn artificial intelligence, IT, and emerging technology concepts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams.
Working Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment with a moderate noise level. The incumbent is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations, and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
