As a LPN, you will work with a variety of patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders, assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
