We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at California's Great America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and beautification of our park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Team: Supervise and guide a team of janitorial staff to ensure the park is clean and well-maintained.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise, with a focus on maintaining a safe environment for our guests.
  • Time Management: Effectively manage your time to ensure that all areas of the park are cleaned and maintained before opening and throughout the day.
  • Guest Experience: Resolve any guest concerns in a timely and professional manner, adhering to Cedar Fair standards.
Requirements
  • Availability: Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday during our summer operation.
  • Availability: We are looking for candidates with full availability, including opening and/or closing shifts, including holidays such as Memorial Day.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
