Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative to become an integral part of our dynamic team. This role is vital in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while facilitating the best possible care for their pets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting clients and their pets.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct clients to appropriate services.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Clearly present and explain service fees, including processing payments.
  • Advise clients on products and services, including educational information on pet care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional communication and listening skills.
  • Genuine compassion for animals and a strong understanding of client needs.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and manage a busy work environment.
