Loan Processor/Customer Service Representative

Citizens Bank Minnesota is seeking a highly skilled Loan Processor/Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Watkins branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and processing loans with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process loan documentation with accuracy and efficiency
  • Order and obtain necessary supporting documents
  • Filing recordable documents and maintaining loan files
  • Inputting and maintaining loans on the Bank's core software
  • Providing exceptional customer service to loan customers
