Loan Processor

Citizens Bank Minnesota is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loan Processor/Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Watkins branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process loan documentation
- Order and obtain necessary supporting documents
- Filing recordable documents
- Input and maintain loans on the Bank's core software
- Maintain loan files and renewal documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to loan customers
Additional Responsibilities:
- Process daily financial transactions
- Promote bank products
- Provide first call resolution via telephone and electronic correspondences
- Seek optimal solutions for client satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer and mathematical skills
