Manufacturing Suite Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Suite Point of Contact to join our team at Lonza. This role will be responsible for providing essential support to the production suite, Supervisor, and Manager, ensuring seamless operations and efficient delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a controller, providing critical support to the production suite, Supervisor, and Manager.
- Work cross-functionally with Scheduling to identify and plan for non-routine suite and equipment windows.
- Coordinate and approve Mfg. support department requests for work in the suite.
- Provide response to MSAT/Customer process-related inquiries.
- Manage resin, mesh, and membrane inventory.
- Own suite-specific planning schedule and Mfg. activities, including Engineering/validation testing, PMOP's, changeover, and column packs and unpacks.
- Support immediate triage response, aide in troubleshooting, and attend cross-functional meetings to determine and plan for a path forward.
- Ability to make unbiased, accurate, and timely decisions utilizing vast operational and process knowledge and experience.
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on key business drivers, including efficiency, consistency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver to schedule, with a focus on right-first-time delivery and high-quality standards.
- Agility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
