Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Suite Point of Contact to join our team at Lonza. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our manufacturing suite, Supervisor, and Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a controller, providing critical support to the production suite, Supervisor, and Manager.
  • Work cross-functionally with Scheduling to identify and plan for non-routine suite and equipment windows.
  • Coordinate and approve Mfg. support department requests for work in the suite.
  • Provide response to MSAT/Customer process-related inquiries.
  • Manage resin, mesh, and membrane inventory.
  • Own suite-specific planning schedule and Mfg. activities.
  • Collaborate with area leaders to ensure resources are available to support deliverables.
  • Support immediate triage response and aide in troubleshooting.
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to provide input into path forward.
  • Own immediate Mfg. follow-up actions.

  • Ability to make unbiased, accurate, and timely decisions utilizing operational and process knowledge and experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to consider the width and depth of issues, potential impact, and all options for solutions.
  • Able to plan, prioritize, and deliver to schedule, and understand the big picture.
  • Maintains an open mindset, treats change as an opportunity for learning and growth, and challenges what has been done in the past.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to influence decisions and ensure the best decision is made for Mfg., the process, and the business.
