We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker I to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a Personal Banker I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and promoting bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized banking services to customers, including account opening, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Some post-high school education preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of banking products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
This position is performed primarily indoors in an office setting.
