Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean all bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, and fixtures in both resident apartments and shared spaces.
  • Vacuum carpeted areas and mop hard surface floors.
  • Perform spot cleaning on walls and windows as needed.
  • Dust furniture and ensure trash receptacles are emptied regularly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of baseboards, light fixtures, and HVAC vents.
  • Respond to additional cleaning requests from residents within the allocated time.
  • Assist in the collection of waste materials.
  • Support activity room setups, which may involve moving furniture.
  • Communicate any relevant information to management regarding resident well-being.
  • Carry out any other cleaning tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow both oral and written instructions in English.
  • Proficiency in speaking and understanding English to effectively communicate with supervisors and residents.
