- Supply Chain Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers, addressing performance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Safety Protocols: Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and promote a culture of safety across the site.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with project managers to manage budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and site photographs.
- Experience: Extensive experience in construction, with a minimum of 5+ years as a Superintendent, ideally with mid-sized or larger firms.
- Commercial Project Experience: 5+ years of Commercial project experience.
- Construction Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and building codes.
- Project Delivery: Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Certifications: Certifications such as OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR are a plus.
