Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing assessments of bond determinations for the courts and other law enforcement agencies. The Criminal History Clearinghouse Analyst will access multiple databases and provide comprehensive assessments of bond determinations to authorized parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret law enforcement language and apply research methods relating to identification, investigation, and cessation of criminal activity.
  • Utilize analytical expertise to draft preliminary and final reports while adhering to state statutes, federal laws, and agency policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide tactical analysis of complex criminal history information and highly confidential information and sensitive personal data from multiple sources to authenticate identities and backgrounds of individuals under investigation.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or Equivalency and two (2) years of experience in office administration, budgeting, purchasing, finance, accounting, auditing, cash management, and/or contract management.
  • Experience working in a Criminal Justice agency and responsible for the administration and performance of a complex records management program and related research.
  • Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Flexible, Communication - Written and Oral, Organization, and Analytical skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires working 24 hours, 7 days a week with rotating shifts. The incumbent will be exposed to Visual/Video Display terminal and extensive personal computer and telephone usage with extended periods of sitting. Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.

Supplemental Information

This position is not covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
