Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at First Management, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the installation, modification, and repair of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures for the interior and exterior of jobsites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, calibrate, test, and repair all plumbing systems, including natural gas, portable or fixed gas tanks, and fuel oil systems, fire protection systems, sewage systems, drains/gutters, piping, grease traps, bathroom toilet fixtures, and pumping equipment for the interior and exterior of jobsites.
  • Provide technical assistance to center functional spaces, shops, and departments.
  • Assemble fittings and valves for installation.
  • Follow health and safety standards and comply with building codes.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 4 years of plumbing experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and lay out work from prints, rough plans, sketches, drawings, manufacturer literature/specifications, and broken parts.
  • Full OSHA understanding.
  • Reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
