At First Management, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation, modification, and repair of plumbing systems across various sites.

About the Role

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to successful candidates.

This is a full-time position requiring a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, calibrate, test, and maintain all plumbing systems, including natural gas, fuel oil, fire protection, and sewage systems.
  • Provide technical assistance to functional spaces, shops, and departments as needed.
  • Assemble fittings and valves for installation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless project execution and meet deadlines.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in plumbing, with a thorough understanding of plumbing practices, methods, materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Possess strong knowledge of prevailing codes and regulations governing the trade.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
