Job Responsibilities- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring patient-centered care and goal-oriented outcomes.
- Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, evaluating patient needs and determining the necessity for referrals to other programs or facilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
- Provide crisis intervention and case management services as needed, ensuring timely and effective support for patients.
- Master's degree in a social or health services field, with 1 year of professional work experience.
- Must possess one of the following credentials in Maryland: CSC-AD, CAC-AD, Addictions Counselor Trainee Letter/ADT, LGPC/LGADC, LCPC/LCADC, or AHCTC.
- Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is required, with hands-on experience preferred.
