Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily functions of construction projects.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Provide regular updates on project status to clients and project managers through structured daily and weekly reports.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and maintain site organization.
- Manage project timelines and develop forward-looking schedules for discussion in weekly progress meetings.
- Document and report all project activities to relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience as a construction supervisor in the commercial sector, with a preference for candidates with self-storage project experience.
- Exceptional project management and communication abilities.
- Proficient in interpreting construction documents.
- Knowledgeable about regulatory construction standards.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
- Experience with project management software such as Procore is advantageous.
- OSHA 30 Certification is preferred.
