Registered Nurse Medical Unit Day Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Unit team on a day shift. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct care to a variety of complex patients, utilizing your expertise to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide effective direct care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to meet their clinical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Participate in unit-based shared governance activities, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes.
- Licensure to practice as an RN in Georgia.
- Associate's Degree, ADN, or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- At least 1 year of RN experience, with demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations.
