We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and safe patient care based on the nursing process, and coordinate care for assigned patients on a shift to promote the achievement of clinical outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, including identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing evidence-based practice.
- Collaborate with other care team members to recruit and retain an excellent nursing care team.
- Assume a beginning clinical bedside leadership role and seek mentoring in this process.
- Participate in unit-based shared governance activities and contribute to the development of unit-based goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
- Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of RN experience - Demonstrated competence in RN I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire.
- Preferred Licensure or other certifications: BSN.
