Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Doctorate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Avera. As a key member of our outpatient team, you will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders to individuals, families, and groups.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in peer review and quality assurance projects
• Develop and present educational materials to promote community understanding of mental health issues

Requirements:

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from an accredited university
• State of Minnesota Psychology Licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Work Environment:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient setting, with occasional evening and weekend hours. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality, work effectively in a team environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
