Staff Nurse

The University of Miami is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Pulmonary Department. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to work in our Pulmonary Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with pulmonary conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred
- Valid Florida Registered Nurse License and BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
