Responsibilities

  • Manage the workflow between Financial Advisors, Coordinators, Financial Planning Consultants, and the Home Office to guarantee timely and efficient task handling.
  • Process and monitor all Financial Plan requests, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist Advisors in understanding and utilizing our financial planning services, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Prepare correspondence and track progress through various metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support departmental initiatives as directed by the Financial Planning Director, including marketing presentations, training, and disseminating information.
  • Help implement strategies for more efficient communication with Advisors, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Promote our firm's financial planning value proposition, highlighting the benefits of our services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Other projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year developing financial planning strategies, with a proven track record of success.
  • Must have Series 7 and 66, Life, Accident, and Health Licenses.
  • Proficient in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuide Pro).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and key external partners.
  • High level of discretion and sound judgment, with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a results-driven attitude and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) retirement plan.
