Job Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence who have physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a plan of care that is patient and family focused and institutes standardized interventions for goal-oriented outcomes.
  • Collaborate with patient, family, physician, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services to meet those needs.
  • Provide daily documentation that is accurate and timely.
  • Apply standard treatment procedures and teach patients and caregivers.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare as a Physical Therapist.
  • Registered with the Board of Registration in Massachusetts.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing situations.
