Job Overview:

About the Role:

As a Second Shift Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities. Your duties will include cleaning floors, dusting furniture and fixtures, emptying trash, and performing other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
• Perform incidental seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, removing snow, etc.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required and on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• 1 year of similar work experience

Estimated Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
