About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Body Repair Specialist to join our team at The Boyd Group. As an experienced technician, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing vehicles to restore them to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans to ensure efficient and effective restoration.
  • Use various tools and equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles, adhering to high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve repair facility goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
