About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support services under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare hospital rooms for new admissions, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for patients
- Anticipate patient needs and respond promptly to their requests
- Perform patient rounding according to unit-specific guidelines to ensure timely and effective care
- Provide culturally competent care, recognizing and respecting cultural and spiritual differences
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completed PCT training, CNA training, or equivalent program
- CPR certification
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
We prefer candidates with:
- Current CNA licensure
- Knowledge of hospital environment and previous healthcare experience
The estimated salary for this role is $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on experience. Tenet-AZ Region offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a sign-on bonus.
