  • Direct Parking Flow: Direct efficient and effective parking flow in reserved and general parking areas, minimizing congestion and ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
  • Provide Direction and Support: Provide direction to guests in finding the ticketing area or entrance gates, and offer assistance as needed.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements and Expectations:

  • Adhere to Organizational Policies: Adhere to AEG's organizational policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and professional experience for guests.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, providing a high level of service to guests.
  • Passion for Working with People: Have a passion for working with and helping people, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for guests.
  • Maintain a Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with adverse conditions, such as inclement weather.
  • Ability to Work in Extreme Weather Conditions: Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions, including heat, cold, and precipitation.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and move freely about a gravel parking lot.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Availability to work the majority of home games, as well as other outside events. Working weekends (Friday through Sunday) is a must.
  • Treat Every Guest with Respect: Treat every guest as if it's their first time coming to the ballpark, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Smile, Be Friendly, and Have Fun: Smile, be friendly, and have a fun time, ensuring a positive experience for guests.
