Job Title: Busperson/Runner

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Busperson/Runner to join our team at the 33 Seaport Hotel NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Stock all service stations with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
  • Assist food servers with table service, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Transport dirty tableware from the dining room to the dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.
  • Food Handlers certification is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service skills.

Compensation: The anticipated compensation range for this position is $16.00 per hour + tips. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors, including years of experience, education, and work location.
