Job Description

As a medical-surgical registered nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, monitoring patients' responses to interventions, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring patients' responses to interventions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a registered nurse in a medical-surgical setting.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Maine.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
