We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Maple Tree Inn, Hogan Hospitality. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities
  • Common Space Maintenance: Manage the cleanliness of hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby to maintain a high level of sanitation and organization.
  • Room Preparation: Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed to ensure rooms are clean and ready for guests.
  • Guest Services: Respond to general questions and concerns from guests during their stay, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Room Tracking: Accurately track rooms cleaned and document lost and found items, damage, and repairs needed to maintain a high level of efficiency and organization.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Over 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper strongly desired.
  • Skills: Hard worker with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills required. Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques a plus.
