About the Position
Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled Faculty Physician to join our Division of Nuclear Medicine. As a Radiologist - Nuclear Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting diagnostic adult and pediatric nuclear medicine examinations, as well as consulting for and supervising therapeutic procedures.
Responsibilities
- Interpret diagnostic adult and pediatric nuclear medicine examinations
- Consult for and supervise therapeutic procedures
- Collaborate with basic science investigators on Penn State University's main campus and at the Center for NMR Research and MRI Core Research facility
Requirements
- Subspecialty training in nuclear medicine
- Eligibility for CAQ in nuclear medicine from the ABR or ABNM certification
- Passion for teaching and educating medical students, residents, fellows, and staff

We have state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging equipment, including one PET/CT scanner, two modern SPECT/CT systems, three dual-head SPECT gamma cameras, one dedicated cardiac SPECT gamma camera, and more.

Hershey, PA is a town of 15,000 residents and part of the greater metropolitan Harrisburg area within 2 hours of Washington D.C., Baltimore, and Philadelphia.
