Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of lab technicians and ensure effective lab operations
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Provide training and support to staff on lab procedures and safety protocols
• Collaborate with departmental teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
• Certification through ASCP is highly desirable
• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of lab operations, including regulatory requirements (FDA, AABB, CAP)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and other relevant software

Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
