Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail store operations with a focus on quality and service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving team performance to meet key performance indicators and company goals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations, including open and closing procedures, work order management, and customer service.
- Drive team performance to ensure key performance indicators and company goals are met or exceeded.
- Ensure all technicians are SafeTech certified and provide training and coaching to ensure quality installs or repairs on every job.
- Provide guidance and positive reinforcement surrounding proper vehicle and equipment maintenance and required recordkeeping.
- Respond quickly to client complaints and warranty issues.
- High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent or 5-7 years leadership/supervisory experience.
- Valid state-issued driver's license required.
- 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage, and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce.
- Competitive pay ($68,000-$78,000/year) and bonus opportunities.
