About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Travel Mental Health Professional to join our team at Wellpath. As a key member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to our mission of providing quality care to every patient with compassion, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical and consultation services in accordance with policies and procedures and professional organization standards.
  • Conduct individual and group psychotherapy/counseling to foster effective psychological functioning and reduce maladaptive behavior.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and complete clinical service reports for persons served as assigned.
  • Administer, interpret, and report on personality, intellectual, and other tests as allowed by State statutes, rules, and regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings, in-service training programs, and quality improvement initiatives while maintaining accountability for services provided.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral/social science field from an accredited college or university.
  • Coursework and professional experience that indicates knowledge of mental health counseling, group and individual psychotherapy, diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, psychological assessment techniques, crisis intervention, and mental health consultation.
  • LMSW, LPC, or similar licensure in the state from the appropriate state licensing board.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time.
