Porter Assistant

At Travel Centers Of America, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming.

• Guest Service: Provide warm and professional greetings to our guests, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Effectively clean and maintain our facilities, including drive showers, parking lots, and walkways, to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
• Support to General Manager: Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and engagement.
• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
