Porter Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Porter to join our team at Travel Centers Of America. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, making them feel valued and appreciated.
• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Effectively clean professional drive showers between uses, maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the location, and ensure all gas and diesel pumps are cleaned and stocked with towels and windshield solution.
• Facilities Maintenance: Clean and sweep parking lots, walkways, and other areas daily to remove debris and provide a consistent guest experience.
• Support the General Manager: Assist the General Manager in developing an exceptional guest experience and a working environment that promotes engagement and living the Company values.

Requirements:

• High Energy and Outgoing Personality: A high energy and outgoing personality is essential for this role, as you will be interacting with guests and working as part of a team.
• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to lift, bend, and move around the facilities, as well as stand for long periods.
