We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a successful career in sales and work with a well-established company.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with customers and follow up with them as needed.
  • Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the agent to develop and meet marketing goals.
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • An interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • The ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Bosnian.
  • A Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain a Life and Health license.
