Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital, Lynnwood is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our rehabilitation hospital, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients recovering from various conditions.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Our rehabilitation programs offer a range of services, including physical medicine and rehabilitation, to support patients throughout their recovery journey. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and achieve exceptional patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered goals
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification and ACLS preferred
  • Minimum six months' experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary range: $44 - $65 per hour. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $10,000 commitment incentive bonus, to attract and retain top talent.
