Job Summary

American Bridge Company is seeking a highly skilled Sr Construction Scheduler to join our team. As a critical member of our infrastructure project management team, you will be responsible for developing detailed project schedules, managing resource allocation, and tracking project progress. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will enable you to drive results and contribute to the success of our projects.

In this role, you will work closely with project managers, estimators, and field engineers to create accurate project schedules, coordinate resource loading, and analyze actual project performance against baseline plans. You will also be responsible for providing regular project updates, maintaining schedules, and supporting project teams in updating and maintaining actual costs and resources.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, including AACEi RP29-03. Strong knowledge of financial formulas, earned value calculations, and percent complete accounting is also essential. Proficiency in MS Office, Procore, and SharePoint is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position based in Coraopolis, PA, with occasional travel to project sites (approximately 10%).
