About the Role

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for designing site development, creating permitting and construction plans, and completing municipal zoning and land development applications for our commercial, industrial, institutional, and energy clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design site layouts, grading, erosion and sedimentation controls, storm water management facilities, and site utilities
  • Work with project teams to execute projects, interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials
  • Participate in conceptual and design phases, regulatory review process, bidding, and construction

Requirements

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. a plus)
  • 3-5 years of professional engineering experience
  • E.I.T. certification preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or Storm Sewers a plus
