Job Description:
The ideal candidate will oversee the design, planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed within the established budget, timeline, and scope. They will also efficiently track progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders, clients, or team members.
Responsibilities:
- Set Project Timeline: Create a detailed project schedule, including key milestones and deadlines.
- Monitor Project Deliverables: Track and ensure delivery of project components, including project scope, quality, and budget.
- Update Stakeholders: Keep key stakeholders, clients, and team members informed of project progress, changes, and any issues.
- Coach and Support Team Members: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to project team members, as needed.
Requirements:
Familiarity with shop fabrication and welding.
Preferred experience includes 3D Modeling (Autodesk Inventor & SolidWorks), Pressure Vessel Design, Heat Transfer, Fluid Flow, Piping Design, Stress Analysis, and ASME Code Design.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional customer service and support skills.
Proven team-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Expertise in Microsoft Outlook and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
