**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide direct patient care under the direction of a registered nurse and contribute to the efficient operation of our agency.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide direct patient care, including administering treatments and performing procedures according to agency policy.
- Document pertinent information and care rendered to patients to ensure continuity of care.
- Practice accepted infection control principles and provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patients, families, and other employees.
- Contribute to the management and efficient operation of the agency, demonstrating effective time management skills.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state you would work.
- A valid driver's license and car insurance.
- At least one year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
