About the Role

As a Physical Therapist Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the physical therapy care of patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping our patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals.
  • Administer and prescribe physical agents, exercise programs, and other interventions to promote healing and recovery.
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between treatments.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on proper self-care techniques and post-rehabilitation strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapist License (California) required at hire or Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
