Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist I

Omega Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Disability Support Services team, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals.

• Support individuals with disabilities in achieving employment-based options and goals.
• Provide quality job support, including pre-employment obligations and ongoing employment assistance.
• Remain knowledgeable about relevant assistive technology and reasonable accommodations.
• Facilitate positive relationships between individuals and their coworkers and supervisors.
• Communicate effectively with the individual's Person-Centered Planning team.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, General Education, or History and Arts.
• Or Associate's degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Or High school diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• First Aid/CPR certification.
• Relias training/online virtual training.
• Proficiency in Workplace by Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Asana.
• Valid driver's license and transportation with proper insurance coverage.
• Successful drug screen and background check.
