Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist I

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Omega Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals and increase their independence.

• Support individuals with disabilities to develop and implement personalized employment plans, focusing on competitive integrated employment and career advancement.
• Provide high-quality job support, including pre-employment preparation, job placement, and ongoing support to ensure successful employment outcomes.
• Collaborate with employers, community partners, and other stakeholders to promote employment opportunities and support individuals with disabilities in the workplace.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, schools, and community organizations to identify job opportunities and promote our services.
• Document and track progress, including attendance, employment outcomes, and service delivery, to ensure accurate reporting and evaluation.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and training.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on customer service and quality outcomes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• First Aid/CPR certification and Relias training.
