Empowering Student Success through Comprehensive Support

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide expert support to students across all grade levels (K-12) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles, ensuring a tailored approach to meet their unique needs.
  • Intervention Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement effective interventions to address students' academic, social, and emotional needs, promoting their success in a diverse learning environment.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, fostering strong relationships and promoting student wellbeing.
  • Crisis Intervention and Support: Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed to promote the wellbeing of students across the K-12 spectrum.
  • Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor student progress, analyze data, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to ensure continuous improvement in student outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on best practices in school psychology, specifically tailored to students of all ages and developmental stages.
Requirements:
  • Massachusetts State School Psychologist Certification: Required for this role.
  • Experience in School Settings: Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably with students across all grade levels (K-12), is highly desirable.
  • Expertise in Child and Adolescent Development: Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, learning disabilities, and mental health across the developmental spectrum.
  • Psychoeducational Assessment and Intervention: Expertise in psychoeducational assessment, intervention planning and implementation, and data analysis.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, educators, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Initiative: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
