Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to provide expert support to students across all grade levels (K-12) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments to identify students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles, informing targeted interventions and support strategies.
- Personalized Support: Develop and implement tailored interventions to address students' unique academic, social, and emotional needs, promoting their success and well-being.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
- Crisis Intervention and Support: Provide critical support services to students in need, promoting their well-being and safety.
- Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor student progress, analyze data, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions to ensure continuous improvement in student outcomes.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on best practices in school psychology, specifically tailored to students of all ages and developmental stages.
- Massachusetts State School Psychologist Certification: Required for this role.
- Experience in School Settings: Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably with students across all grade levels (K-12), is highly desirable.
- Expertise in Child and Adolescent Development: Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, learning disabilities, and mental health across the developmental spectrum.
- Psychoeducational Assessment and Intervention: Expertise in psychoeducational assessment, intervention planning and implementation, and data analysis.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, educators, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Initiative: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
