Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Representative PRN to join our team at MD Now urgent care. As a Patient Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Check-in patients in a timely manner and ensure all Web Check-in procedures are followed.
- Answer phone calls to the clinic and provide information or refer questions to others as needed.
- Verify insurance timely and accurately.
- Ensure the occupational client's preference card is followed and occupational procedures are reviewed.
- Review all patient paperwork to ensure completeness and collect necessary insurance/demographic information.
- Complete Daily Balance Checklist after each shift, including all forms of payment accounted for and documented.
- 1 year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is preferred.
- Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of start required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work with multiple computer programs.
